This is Mica – one of the properties within a beautifully converted Historic Building in Cornish Countryside.
We are pleased to offer three delightful renovated properties located at Carbis Wharf:
Sleeping up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, fully equipped with free private on site parking, free Wifi and an al fresco dining area with furniture and BBQ.
Carbis Wharf dates back to 1830 starting life as a brick works and kiln. Sympathetically converted by the present owners into a selection of characterful holiday homes.
Perfectly situated in a semi-rural location and close to Roche Rock, these converted clay drying buildings provide an ideal base to explore the County. The properties are part of the rich China Clay heritage of Cornwall and are incredibly unique.
Plenty of space inside and out for the whole family to spread out and enjoy, they are also well equipped providing all you need for a perfect family holiday.
Each property has a private garden area with a BBQ and garden furniture. Towels & bedding are included plus Wifi.
There is also a small children’s play area with swings, a slide and a trampoline as well as beautiful grounds and gardens and a mining museum on site.
